Celebrating a decade since its inception in December 2005, the Center for Sustainable Energy at Notre Dame (ND Energy) is proud to have so many world-class faculty affiliated with the center and leading the way in new scientific advancements and discoveries that will have far-reaching impact on available energy sources and use, economic developments, and the wellbeing and health of our global and national environments. 

As a University research center, ND Energy strives to grow and develop energy research towards sustainable and affordable energy solutions, support education and outreach for the Notre Dame and surrounding communities, and influence energy policy discussions at the national and global levels. ND Energy plays a pivotal role in developing new and improved energy technologies and systems and focuses on developing engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and social scientists to be leaders in their disciplines and literate in the systems of energy production and use. ND Energy is appreciative to have the support and engagement from the ND Energy faculty who make this all possible.
