Engineering Machine Shops

The Engineering Machine Shops at Notre Dame specialize in close tolerance machining of large and small parts made from difficult-to-machine materials. From Notre Dame’s multi-site facilities in the Cushing Hall of Engineering and Hessert Laboratory for Aerospace Research, the Engineering Machine Shops are capable of performing machining operations of many different sizes.

The Engineering Machine Shops are open to the Notre Dame research community, external academic institutions, and industry.
