Gregory Luttrell

Biography

Greg Luttrell joined Notre Dame Research in 2003 and is Director of Research Contracts. He leads a team responsible for negotiating and executing all research-related agreements and sub-awards. Greg also serves as the Export Control Officer, where he provides strategic and active management of the export compliance program for the University. Greg is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He also has a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Prior to returning to his alma mater, Greg served 22 years with the United States Navy as a naval flight officer.
