The Materials Characterization Facility (MCF) is a core facility at the University of Notre Dame, established in 2010 as an integral part of the Center for Sustainable Energy (ND Energy). The MCF delivers state-of-the-art analytical services, expertise, and instrumentation with unique capabilities to resolve some of the most relevant scientific problems facing researchers today.
