The Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (CTSI) has been recognized by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals with a MarCom Award for their 2020 Annual Report. The MarCom Awards honor “excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity, hard work and generosity of industry professionals.”

Created by the Indiana CTSI communications team led by Christine Drury, associate director of research communications at the Indiana CTSI and IU School of Medicine, the 2020 Annual Report features several institute highlights. These include the Indiana CTSI’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the progress of the All IN for Health Program, and research efforts provided by each of the three collaborating research universities that make up the institute: Indiana University, Purdue University, and the University of Notre Dame

The MarCom Awards receive about 6,000 nominations for print and digital entries each year from around the world. In addition to Drury, contributors to the 2020 Annual Report from the Indiana CTSI include Research Communications Manager Anna Carrera, Research Communications Intern Jaycie Kemp, and Content and Community Manager Jess West.
