Biography
Arnie Phifer joined Notre Dame Research in 2010. He currently serves as Associate Director of the Berthiaume Institute, where he oversees operations and administration. He also serves as Operations Manager for the NSF-support Center for Bioanalytic Metrology. Phifer is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BA 1990) and has an MS degree from the University of Massachusetts. Before returning to ND, he supported research efforts at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (Washington, D.C.) and the Observatories of the Carnegie Institution for Science (Pasadena, CA).
