Biography
Heather H. Boyd, Ph.D., leads a portfolio that supports team and research development focused on pre-submission quality review and improvement. She has worked in private industry as well as for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Cooperative Extension and Virginia Tech. She holds certification from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers, which guides her research development practices each day.
