Brandon Welsch

Biography

Brandon Welsch is the Design Program Manager for Notre Dame Research (NDR). In this role, he provides graphic design support to NDR and its reporting units. Before joining NDR, he was the lead graphic designer at Notre Dame’s Innovation Lab, supporting interdisciplinary work across research, prototyping, and entrepreneurship.

Before Notre Dame, he worked with IU South Bend’s Center for a Sustainable Future, where he led outreach efforts and facilitated workshops focused on sustainability initiatives.

Brandon holds a B.A. from IU South Bend and studied art and design in Florence, Italy, at the Santa Reparata International School of Art. He also brings an entrepreneurial background, having co-founded ventures in web design, media production, and consumer products, including The Nostalgia Company, a sustainable souvenir and gift brand serving public lands partners.
