Biography
Colleen Butcher serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives within Notre Dame Research Administration and Compliance, bringing over two decades of experience in higher education, technology, and strategic project delivery.
Prior to joining Notre Dame, Dr. Butcher held senior leadership positions including Interim Chief Information Officer and Director of Project Management Office at Clark College WA, and Senior Program Manager for Gonzaga University’s CRM transformation. She holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership, an MBA in Organizational Behaviour, and a Bachelor of Music in Education. Her professional certifications include PMP, PROSCI Change Management, ITIL 4 Foundations, and Disciplined Agile.
Colleen provides leadership in process documentation, process improvement, change management, and strategic project delivery. She brings expertise in operational alignment, data-informed decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to support sustainable transformation within NDRAC. Colleen teaches graduate-level courses in project and change management, advancing professional practice across the field.
