Biography
David Delgado joined Notre Dame Research in 2018 as Research Security Program Director. He received his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy. David also has a Master of Management Information Systems from Georgia College & State University and was a National Security Fellow at Harvard University. Prior to coming to Notre Dame, he served in the Air Force for more than 30 years.
