Biography
Irena Johnson joined the Center for Research Computing (CRC) in 2018 as an HPC system engineer. Her duties include supporting the ND-CMS environment and HPC storage infrastructure. Before joining the CRC, Johnson worked for two years at the Whirlpool Corporation as a GIS senior analyst and, prior to moving to Michigan, she worked as a software engineer at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, Princeton University. Johnson holds a master's degree in computer architecture from the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, University Politehnica of Bucharest, Romania.
