Jodi Krieger

Biography

Jodi Krieger joined Notre Dame in 2024 as a Talent Consultant. In her role, she supports hiring for Notre Dame Research, the College of Science, and the College of Engineering. She brings over 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, including nearly a decade in agency recruiting with a focus on high-volume. Jodi specializes in hard-to-fill roles, executive recruiting, and technology, with an emphasis on building strong relationships and connecting professionals to meaningful opportunities. Based in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, gardening, and caring for two lively feral cats.
