Karen Goetz

Biography

Karen Goetz is a Research Project Manager with Notre Dame Research. Goetz brings over a decade of experience supporting research initiatives across healthcare, behavioral health, and technology, with expertise in research operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining Notre Dame Research, she held research strategy and operations leadership roles in academic medicine and digital health, where she developed research infrastructure and operational systems to support multidisciplinary studies and collaborative research programs. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and completed graduate studies in Biochemical Systems Engineering. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt.
