Katharyn Hutson

Katharyn Hutson is the Institute Operations Coordinator for the Eck Institute for Global Health at the University of Notre Dame. She aids the institute's mission through event planning, faculty and program support, financial management, and other aspects of general operations. She is a major coordinator for the institute's local programs, including the Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) initiative, the Pop Up Pregnancy & Family Village organization, and the annual ND Global Health Case Competition.

 

Katharyn holds a B.S. in Human Biology and minors in sociology and chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington. Before joining the Eck Institute, she was a research technician and laboratory manager in the Department of Biological Sciences.
