Biography
Maggie Baker serves as the Associate Director for Research Training within the Notre Dame Research Administration and Compliance (NDRAC) team. In this role, she is establishing a comprehensive research administration and compliance training program. Leveraging ten years of experience in learning and development across higher education and the private sector, Maggie brings a wealth of expertise to her position. She holds a doctorate in education from Hamline University, as well as bachelor's and master's degrees in communication from Western Michigan University.
