Michael Rulli

Biography

Mike Rulli is the Facilities Associate Program Director for Notre Dame Research facilities. He provides critical support for design, implementation, construction, and operation. Mike holds relationships with key suppliers and University stakeholders to provide needed materials, equipment, and services to meet the unique and time-sensitive needs of the research programs, and to promote compliant and safe operations. Before joining NDR, Mike spent five years as the research and science procurement specialist in ND’s Procurement department and has over 20 years of experience with Caterpillar, Inc. in application engineering, logistics, and procurement. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
