Michael Brueseke

Biography

Mike Brueseke joined the Center for Environmental Science and Technology (CEST) in 2019 as the Laboratory Specialist. Mike helps maintain an array of analytical instruments and trains users to analyze their samples. Previously, Mike worked in the Department of Biological Sciences, managing Professor Gary Lamberti’s Stream & Wetland Ecology Laboratory for eighteen years. In that role, he assisted dozens of postdoctoral scholars, staff, graduate students, and undergraduates that traveled through the lab on topics of aquatic ecology. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University.
