Molly Martin

Biography

Molly Martin is the Director of Executive Office Operations at Notre Dame Research, serving as a senior strategic leader, operational architect, and advisor to the Vice President for Research. She joined NDR in 2025 from the Pulte Institute for Global Development in the Keough School of Global Affairs, where she worked closely with research teams and faculty to move research efforts to policy impact on issues of global poverty and sustainability.

Prior to returning to South Bend in 2024, Molly worked across the global health and development sector as a strategic communications advisor to global development donor agencies, multilateral organizations, and industry thought leaders.

Molly holds a M.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a M.S. in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is an alumna of Saint Mary’s College, where she earned a B.A. in English Literature.
