Nancy M. Nalepinski

Biography

Nancy Nalepinski joined Notre Dame Research in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant for NDRAC and was promoted to Senior Business & Administrative Coordinator in 2021. In her current role, she provides high-level operational support across the division. Her responsibilities include business management, research administration and office support, and employee engagement. Nancy is a key contact for internal and external partners and is well-versed in university systems and policies such as BuyND, TravelND, GLez, and ComplyND. She also leads onboarding for new hires, helping ensure a smooth start within the NDR team. Nancy is passionate about creating an NDR culture where employees feel valued and engaged.
