Olivia Rotolo

Biography

Olivia Rotolo serves as the Strategic Engagement Manager. In this role, she assists with relationship building and strategic outreach with policy leaders, research agencies, and decision-makers to strengthen the University's presence in the nation's capital. She also supports faculty, researchers, and students in advancing policy-focused initiatives and communicating their impact.

Previously, Olivia was a project manager for the Bipartisan Policy Center, a D.C.-based think tank, where she promoted bipartisan solutions to improve early childhood systems for all children and families. Before moving to Washington, she was the associate director of strategic content at Notre Dame's Office of Public Affairs and Communications, helping produce award-winning storytelling that positions the University favorably in strategic areas.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
