Raquel Cotuno

Biography

Raquel Cotuno joined Notre Dame Research in April 2022 as Grants Program Manager. Prior to this role, she spent over 8 years at Triton College, where she served as the executive director of grants development and the director of grants compliance. In these roles, she was responsible for submitting grant proposals to state, local, and federal sponsors, processing grant agreements, and providing post-award compliance monitoring. Raquel received a Doctoral degree in Higher Education Leadership from National Louis University, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
