Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a genomic analysis method that separates fluorescently labeled DNA fragments based on size and is the foundation for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis. Join us for a seminar to learn about the use of Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis across a broad range of applications including: bacterial identification, SNP and CNV analysis, PCR confirmation, CRISPR gene editing, and more. This seminar will cover the benefits of the 3730xl genetic analyzer that is available in the Genomics & Bioinformatics Core Facility.
