This program, funded through the Health First St. Joseph County (HFSJC) grant, aims to tackle persistent health risks facing women and infants in our county.
The Pop Up Pregnancy & Family Village is designed to be a trusted and convenient "one-stop shop" for mothers and their families, providing access to care, resources, and support addressing various health needs during pregnancy and the postpartum period. The goal is to address physical health, social drivers of health, well-being, and mental health in a single accessible location.
The Pop Up Pregnancy & Family Village will foster a positive and energetic atmosphere that builds relationships and social support among community organizations and families. Join us as we host this event to provide women and their families the much-needed support during and after pregnancy.
