Learn more about the Chronic Disease GIS Network (CDGISN) at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) conference from June 25-29, 2023 in Salt Lake City, UT. Stop by and meet us at our exhibit booth, or attend our roundtable session on Monday, June 26 from 5:15-6:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency. The CDGISN supports the use of GIS and maps to address chronic disease priorities, connects peers in health departments and Tribal Epidemiology Centers, and highlights how chronic disease maps are being used. The CDGISN was created through CEHI's partnership with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the CDC's Division of Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention.
