Heather H. Boyd

Heather H. Boyd, Ph.D. and her team focus on quality improvement for research proposals submitted to external sponsors, with a specialization in federal opportunities. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Heather worked in industry and for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin Cooperative Extension and Virginia Tech. Her professional experience includes formal program evaluation, statistical analysis and the study of information campaigns. She holds certification from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers and has previously served in several officer roles in the American Evaluation Association.
