Jacque Norris

Biography

Jacque Norris is a Certified Research Administrator who joined Notre Dame Research in 2022 as a Senior Research Contracts Program Manager responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating research-related agreements and sub-awards. Prior to joining Notre Dame, Jacque was part of the Office of Research Administration at Indiana University where she was a Contract Officer responsible for negotiating and executing research-related agreements. Prior to her work in Research Administration, Jacque worked at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division as a Logistics Analyst and Acquisition Quality Manager. Jacque earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, with a BFA in the History of Art and BA in Design from the University of Kansas.
