No Cost Extension Form

If you require additional time beyond the current end date to ensure adequate completion of the original scope of the work within the funds already made available, it may be possible to extend the grant by filling out the No Cost Extension Form.

The form will ask you to provide the information and justification needed to request additional time via the ServiceNow platform.
