Research Engagement
The goal of Research Engagement (RE) is to collaborate with campus and community stakeholders to amplify research impact through strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships. The RE team works closely with researchers, campus partners, and community partners to identify and align their needs, expertise, and interests. RE advances Notre Dame’s research partnership ecosystem in specific, strategic, and complementary ways. Through programs and projects that foster early-stage relationship building and sustained collaboration management with strategic partners, we support researchers and partners in their joint pursuit of beneficial societal outcomes.

The Research Engagement (RE) team collaborates with researchers and partners across our regional community to expand the public reach and societal contributions of research at the University of Notre Dame. Through connecting with community expertise and the development of novel and scalable models for amplifying the impact of the University’s research endeavors, collaborators in Research Engagement advance the University’s commitment to scholarly excellence and its role as a “force for good” in the world.
