Julie Moses

Julie Moses serves as a Pre-Award Program Manager for the Notre Dame Research Administration and Compliance (NDRAC) team, bringing over 10 years of research administration experience. In her role, she will help faculty navigate the pre-award process and support the university’s growing research mission. She holds a BA in Communications, a BS in Biology, and an MA in English with an emphasis on Science Communication from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to joining NDRAC she served as a Pre-Award Administrator and Interim Director for the Riccio College of Engineering's Research Development Services at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
