Department of Energy (DOE): Disclosure Requirements
Over the last several years, the federal government and federal funding agencies have raised concerns regarding research security and protection of intellectual property of federally funded research. As a result, many federal funding agencies, including the Department of Enegry (DOE), have revised what information they require from investigators to appropriately assess available resources, other sources of support, and overall risk.
When required for a selected project, the selectee must submit current and pending disclosures and/or changes or updates to its current and pending support disclosures that were previously submitted as part of its application.
